Certain features within MyBrokerCRM may leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance services (e.g., conversation or content generation). We do not use your Personal Information to train generalized, public AI models.

Third-Party Data Processing and Sharing:

Platform Hosting and Processing (LeadConnector):

The core MyBrokerCRM application, its servers, data storage, and communication infrastructure (including SMS and email sending) are managed by our white-label technology provider, LeadConnector. LeadConnector acts as our contracted Data Processor for the purpose of providing the subscribed Services.

Payment Processing (Stripe):

All financial and billing transactions (including subscription fees and usage charges) are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

SMS and Email Compliance:

We use the LeadConnector platform to send Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages. By providing a phone number and opting in, you understand that your information is processed for this purpose and that Message and Data Rates May Apply. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
