02. Consulting Services

ROYAL PATH LLC provides consulting services, which are subject to separate agreements and fees. Information on our services can be obtained by contacting us directly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

04. Intellectual Property

All content on the ROYAL PATH LLC website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

1. LICENSE GRANT AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PLATFORM

2.1. License: Royal Path LLC, operating as MyBrokerCRM, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the MyBrokerCRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform solely for your internal professional use as a licensed real estate professional. This license is subject to the terms of your active subscription.

2.2. Use Restrictions: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or otherwise attempt to make any changes to the underlying Software. You may not access or use the Platform to build a competing product or service.

2.3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership: You acknowledge that the core software, source code, design, proprietary workflows, templates (Snapshots), and underlying technology are owned exclusively by MyBrokerCRM (or its provider, LeadConnector). You acquire only the limited right to use the Platform, and MyBrokerCRM retains all right, title, and interest in all related Intellectual Property.

2. Fees, Subscriptions, and Usage Charges (CRITICAL REBILLING CLAUSE)

Insert this as a new main section in your document (e.g., as Clause 03 or Clause 04).

3. FEES, SUBSCRIPTION, AND USAGE CHARGES

3.1. Subscription Fee: You agree to pay the fixed monthly or annual subscription fee for the MyBrokerCRM plan as selected during registration. All Subscription Fees are non-refundable.

3.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed for successive periods equal to the initial subscription term (e.g., monthly to monthly) unless you provide a written cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

3.3. Usage Fees and Rebilling:

In addition to the Subscription Fee, you are separately responsible for all usage-based communication costs incurred through the Platform, including but not limited to SMS, voice calls (LC Phone), and email sends (LC Email).

You acknowledge that MyBrokerCRM applies an agency markup to these raw usage costs to cover service overhead and support.

You must maintain a valid payment method and sufficient credit balance in your account wallet to cover these Usage Fees. Failure to maintain a sufficient balance may result in the immediate suspension of all outbound communication services (SMS and email).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

06. Disclaimer

ROYAL PATH LLC provides information for general purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on our website. The use of information from our website is at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

4.1. Termination by MyBrokerCRM: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you: (i) fail to pay any fees when due, including Usage Fees; (ii) engage in any Prohibited Use, including sending unsolicited SMS messages (spam) or violating A2P 10DLC compliance standards; or (iii) breach any other term of this Agreement.

4.2. Effect of Termination: Upon any termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All Customer Data will be made available for electronic retrieval for a period of thirty (30) days, after which time we may permanently delete the stored Customer Data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York.
